The Studio Spark Session is a short, targeted consultation designed to ignite new ideas or solve one or two specific challenges quickly. You’ll leave with clear direction, quick-win strategies, and next steps to implement right away.

The Studio Strategy Session is a 90-minute strategy session where we’ll audit your current systems, staffing, customer journey, and overall studio flow to uncover both strengths and friction points. Together, we’ll uncover the root issues behind your daily stress points and create an action plan that brings your studio back into alignment.
Perfect for: growing studios ready to scale, development/refining of staff roles, overwhelmed owners, or anyone needing a focused outside perspective to make smarter decisions.
The Studio Partnership is a 6 week program that combines weekly 1:1 consulting, hands-on system design, and an in-person studio visit (within reasonable travel range). Together, we’ll review and assess your workflows, training, and customer experience from the inside out so your studio thrives without burning you out.
Perfect for: established studios preparing to scale, expand, or standardize across locations, solo-prenuers who could use a partner.
