Expectations & Refund Policy
When you book a consulting session, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form before checkout. Please take your time and answer thoroughly — the more context you share, the more targeted and effective our session will be.
If the form is incomplete or missing key details, I can’t guarantee the session will meet your expectations. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a link to schedule your call.
If you need clarification about any part of the form, please email create@thepotteryplacechattanooga.com before purchasing.
All consulting sessions are final sale. Because each session is a personalized service, refunds are not available once the session is complete.
Calls can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you’re a no-show, the session is considered forfeited with no refund.
If you’re late, we’ll still end on time to respect other appointments. A 10-minute grace period is allowed before the call is marked as a no-show.
These policies are in place to protect both our time and the value of the session — thank you for understanding and honoring the commitment you’re making to your business when you book.
